If you don’t know about the keyboard shortcut for moving among your Eclipse Editor Tabs you’re in for a productivity treat. That shortcut is Ctrl-Shift + Page Up/Down.
Using Ctrl-E is another good way to open active files in your editor.
The reason we’re focusing on Ctrl-Shift + Page Up/Down in this post is because you might not know that you can use it anywhere in Eclipse, like in a View Collection. Let’s say we have a docked View Collection like the one shown below with Search, Console and other tabs. We can use Ctrl-Shift + Page Up/Down and our hands will never leave the keys.
