CodeJohnny Goes 1.1 With Luna Support and a Bug Fix

CodeJohnny remains a work-in-progress with the release of CodeJohnny 1.1.0. New in CodeJohnny 1.1.0 is support for Luna, a couple of new templates and accompanying sample Java source code, and a bug fix.

First the new templates. These are both templates which generate PostgreSQL PLPGSQL code.

Here is sample output.

If you follow the source code of the methods used in the templates you will stumble upon the bug fix in v1.1.0.

That’s right. Was missing a ToUpperCase() function to accurately compare the column data types.

You can download CodeJohnny 1.1.0 from the Getting Started page. If you’re using the plugin, be sure to remove CodeJohnny v1.0.0 from your Eclipse /dropins folder before adding CodeJohnny v1.1.0.

Happy Code Generating!
