Your Android SDK Manager Menu, nor any of your other Android-related menu or toolbar objects display in Eclipse. This happened to me after I created an Android project in a new Luna Workspace. I couldn’t figure out what happened to my Android tools. My Android SDK references were good. I even compared the workspace .metadata directory with a working workspace .metadata directory!
Here’s what I wanted to see.
The solution is almost embarrassing, especially if you went as far as comparing workplace .metadata directories like I did. (Fortunately, Meld for Linux makes comparing directory content very easy.)
Ah, yes, the solution. The Android SDK Manager and other Android Plugin Objects display in the Eclipse JAVA Perspective. I was in Java EE at the time.
